Amber Lillie Fashion Designer
Amber Lillie is an American Fashion Designer that merges Alternative Fashion+The Arts. Amber Lillie started in the fashion industry in the early 90's as a theatrical runway model in Cleveland, Ohio. Her grandmother, Lillie, taught her how to sew at a very young age. In high school, Amber started her first clothing line and by senior year started a fashion club that produced her first fashion show. In 2012, she graduated from Phoenix College for fashion design and started VSLZ Fashun Group months later.
Amber’s work has been featured in numerous fashion shows in Arizona, Las Vegas, and New York City. Her looks have been shown during New York Fashion Week, published in the Arizona Republic, Discover the Phoenix Region Magazine, VoyagePhoenix and was 2013’s Phoenix RAWards Director’s Highlight. In September 2017, Amber launched a Fashion Design Studio in the Central Phoenix Arts District that focused on custom design, ready-to-wear, and First Friday fashion/music events. Starting in 2018, Amber became the Phoenix College fashion design alumni model for their Make it Happen billboard & commercial advertising campaign.
At the beginning of 2019, Amber stepped away from VSLZ Fashun Group to redevelop herself and the brand. She decided to get back to her roots of clothing construction and started the blueprint for her very own fashion house, HAUZOFVSLZ. In 2020, she decided to turn VSLZ Fashun Group into a fashion+arts brand called VSLZ. Amber looks forward to learning, growing, and advancing her career in the fashion industry!
